Penthouse Interior, Sofia, Boyana District

This project is for an interior of a modern two-floor penthouse. Therefore it requires special attention to the execution of the design and construction of the staircase, a focal point of the apartment.  The stairway becomes an art sculpture that connects the upper and the lower floor. Furthermore it blend in the ceiling and becomes a light source for the kitchen area. In the spacious living room there are two main areas – one for relaxation  and one for dining, discretely divided by a glass fireplace. On the second floor there is a working are which has an opening facing the first floor. The height in this zone is 5.10 m and the space is enriched by decorative wall of square elements. The selected colors for the whole apartment are monochromatic with few sharp colors and graphic posters that create unique accents around the living area.
